Our primary goal is to provide the kids with a fun team experience. To that end, we will attempt to equalize playing time for all the children, regardless of individual skill. Winning is part of the enjoyment and we want the children to play to win; however, when the game is over, win or lose, let it end.

Our second most important goal is to improve each child's playing skills. When kids make a mistake they are usually aware of it. Yelling at them only ruins their confidence and enjoyment of the sport. Teaching children proper techniques after a mistake will maximize their performance without sacrificing self-esteem and desire to play. This is what we do.
